Easy interview because the job functionalities are not challenging. I was interviewed by two people. It was apparent that they were following a template.

Interview
There was an initial phone interview followed by an in-person interview at the office. Three hours of 1 hour interviews by individual managers. Within a week of the final interview I was given notice that one of the other candidates was chosen.

They all asked the same questions then met to discuss my answers; it was difficult to decide whether I should answer them all the same or all different.
