Two stages of telephone interviews, emailed tests for proofreading and document formatting. Initial phone interview asked me to briefly go over my experience and when I could start. Tests were simple enough if you have some skills in that area, but make sure that you have access to a computer running microsoft office, otherwise the formatting test is a nightmare.
