I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Singapore) in Jul 2017
Interview
The processes started with a phone call asking about Thoughtworks products and what you know and like about them. They also ask about your career goals and aspirations.
Then the process will continue with a take-home coding test to be done within 3 days.
I didn't get to proceed after round 2 and the hiring manage didn't provide any helpful comments about why the take-home assignment was "unsatisfactory". Considering that I spent a good amount of time and Thoughtworks to be very established firm, I expected some quality feedbacks. Sometimes, we just have to deal with such scenarios ourselves.
Recruiter screening, 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round (did not get to this stage). Recruiter was very supportive throughout the process, she provided sufficient information to help me prep for the interviews. Scheduling the interview took a while though
