Interview
Interview at thoughtworks began with telephonic round with HR partner followed by two rounds of technical interview. Technical interview consists of problem statement, approach discussion, estimation to complete. This round is pair programming round. They evaluated the capability to understand and execute the solution. Next technical round involves measuring depth of knowledge one holds on programming. Mostly questions will be asked from technologies used on previous projects.
Invited for an HR screening only to be immediately rejected for not having enough YOE. If this was a hard requirement why even schedule a call in the first place? A complete waste of time for both parties.
The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
