It was a great recruting experience, the HR team was very supportive and attentive, the interviews were very professional and friendly, I really enjoyed the whole process. During the interview, interviewers challenge candidates so they can evaluate them thoroughly.

The process consisted of 4 stages: 1) Interview with the Recruiter 2) Interview with 2 Hiring Managers: Leader of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success and Sales Development 3) Interview with 2 Customer Success Managers 4) Interview with the Head of Global Customer Success The entire process was seamless. Communication was very easy and timely and I was always kept informed of the process and next steps. I must say it was a fantastic experience - every single person was truly empathetic and friendly and made me feel at ease at all times. The questions asked were very relevant to the job description and I felt comfortable giving honest answers. Wish there were more processes like this!
