It was a typical process. A huge red flag was the hiring manager mistaking who I am a few times in emails, to rejecting me (twice), then asking to schedule a screener call with me after getting rejected. Not fun.

Go through a project on your portfolio. This is a typical question and it was a 1-1 with the design manager. She asked some clarifying questions and was interested in the process of the project.
