I was went through employee referral. First recruiter called and did the phone screening, it went for 45 min. Then I was called for onsite interview. I was interviewed by 5 to 6 people. After that I have one recruiter call for the compensation.The total process takes me about 3 weeks

self explanation for experience in TV Broadcasting Technology in the current job and followed by technical questions for Broadcasting Protocol, it was done in November 2004 and i forgot the details because i had been evaluated till Manager at Rovi and stayed 10 years there. Interview was smooth and easy to me because I had worked previously at Sony France as Software development engineer for 2 years and i was able to answer to all TV broadcasting technologies perfectly.
