TiVo Principal Engineer interview questions

Extremely unprofessional, haphazard way of conduction interviews. I had almost a dozen interviews with them (India + US). The process took more than a month, they did not even show courtesy to send an email stating final result. After follow-up, I got feedback that they 'liked' me (my profile) and none of the intervierwers had negative feedback ??!! I got a feeling of wasted effort from my side.
