It was pretty straight-forward. I was asked basic interview questions about past experiences as well as strengths and weaknesses. Questions were asked based on how you would work in a team and how to lead a team effectively

The process includes 1) telephonic interview 2) online meet up 3) offline interview which includes hr and manager. If selected than normal orientation and for 3 months they will check your capabilities

Few short interview, with minimal questions asked. More questions should have related to job-work being completed on the job. The interviewer was professional and provided clarification when needed. The interview lasted 20mins, and there was a clear definition of what the job was and the job specifications.
