I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Mississauga, ON) in Jan 2015
Interview
Only basic questions are asked. Just make sure you practice basic behavioral interview questions which you can find by easily googling. Would also recommend to dress up nice but if you get an interview you've basically gotten the job.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Feb 2025
Interview
relatively easy, typical questions, relaxed interview. once you have answered their desired questions they will explain your role in the company and inquire about your hours and wage etc. process depends on who is interviewing had a friend with a very different experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself and what you could bring to the company
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Sherwood Park, AB)
Interview
I actually met with the owners of the franchise in Sherwood Park. We sat down at a table and they asked me a couple of questions, the questions didn't seem like they were very important. (It was a part time entry position at a fast food place, so they weren't)
Okay here's the low down, if you apply multiple times to the same Tim Hortons they have to give you a call back if only to let you know they aren't hiring. My friend's mom was a manager there and she told me. (tbh this might be the specific Tim Hortons in my town but give it a go)
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons
Interview
Applied online, got a call the next day for interview. The interview seemed to go well, had a few laughs, mostly was asked situational questions. I was almost certain i got the job from how well the interview seemed to go. The manager said they would call me within the next 2 days if i got the job, never heard back.
