I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied through my youth job agency, got a referral for a location through one of my counsellors. They received my application thanks to her and then called me for an interview. I had two interviews, one with a manager and then the head manager.
Most of my questions were interpersonal, to see how good of a fit i would be with the team and with working together in fast customer rushes. I was asked questions like what I would do in the case of a busy line up and if situational errors or issues with customers were to arise .what would i do? I was hired on the spot.

Question 1
situational, behavioural, and interpersonal questions
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
