I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Whitby, ON) in Jul 2020
Interview
I was seated and talked with the manager for around 20 minutes. During this time, people were freely coming and going through the store which made it difficult to concentrate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you like when you come inside a Tim Horton's?
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
