Interview
It was very easy, it was not structured as a formal interview. I was mainly just asked about my availability, such as what days can I work and if I can work in the mornings or afternoons. The manager also asked me to talk about myself such as where I go to school and how I found out about this job position.
The interview process was simple, professional, and straightforward. The interviewers mainly asked behavioral questions about teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving. The conversation felt relaxed, and they gave me opportunities to explain my experiences and ask questions about the role.

The interview process was really easy. They asked me: Tell me about yourself, do you have customer service experience, what is your availability. Standard questions. Got hired on the spot.
