I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Timberland (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
The hiring process was very short because I was referred by two current employees. I went threw VF Careers and filled out an online application, then I completed an online quiz about customer service and the things I would do in the workplace. After I called the location I applied to and let them know that I put in my application and who referred me to the position. Later in the week they called back for an in-person interview, after they allowed me to pick a start date letting me know that I was hired.

How would you deal with different types of customers coming in especially if under pressure from numerous requests for different sizes and products?
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Timberland (Concord, NH) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was alright, it differed too much from professional and casual. The casual aspect is not told until actively interviewing which leaves more professionally prepared folks a little uneasy. Additionally, it was clearly unprofessionally as my interview for this role was held in abusy hotel lobby??
Very easy and casual. Not at all nerve racking once you are there. They inform you of your role and then ask what hours you would like to do. They discuss their brand.
