I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tinder in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied to Tinder online and was contacted by a recruiter for a quick chat a few weeks later. She didn't update me for a long time with the next steps, so I emailed her back and was notified that she no longer worked at Tinder. Another recruiter set me up with a technical in which two people interviewed me at once. The question itself wasn't difficult, but I probably got rejected due to taking too long to implement and being scared to properly debug in front of both interviewers.
Thank you for sharing your experiences. Our apologies for the lost communication. We'll use the feedback to continue to shape the best candidate experiences. We appreciate your review and wish you the very best in your job search!
