The interview process here was pretty standard. 1. Phone screen 2. Hiring Manager 3. Team Meetings I am writing this evaluation strictly based upon my opinion that I believe this company has no intention to hire. No matter how qualified the candidate is or how well the interview goes, you will receive a response that says "Thank you so much for taking the time to meet our team about the "XY" role here at Tinder. Unfortunately, we have decided to move forward with another candidate for this particular role. ... " No candidate will be selected and the role will stay open for months if not years afterwards. Proceed with caution, This company is simply testing the waters and wasting applicants time as a result. TInder's hiring process is indicative of larger organizational issues. I could elaborate, but you could easily do your own research and quickly draw the same conclusion. Hopefully, this review helps others either avoid Tinder or level set their expectations during the application process. Good luck!
