I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tipalti (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2021
Interview
3 interviews including recruiter, sdr managers and director of sdrs. Pretty similar at all stages, pull from your previous sales experience, they appreciate your numbers, how you've brought in new business previously, creativity and persistence. The 2nd interview included a few sdr managers. Ask as about their experience and why they like working there and the career progression. The final interview was with the director of sdr management which I believe if you make it to that you're pretty set, though I'd still speak on why you're excited to join and be a contributing member and pull on your previous sales experience.
