Tipalti interview questions

In one word- horrible! It has started from screening call and after that I have got an home assignment before any frontal interview. I didn't get the assignment, but has been told by the recruiter, they will schedule a time and at this time I'll get the assignment, and there is one hour to send it back. the assignment is to write a PRD for a real request from their customer. I was also been told they are aware its impossible (so why the hale are you doing that??). The explanation was that they don't want to "waste my time" for more than 1 hr, which is bulshit because of course any reasonable candidate will spend time to explore the company and the product in order to be as ready as possible (because again- its impossible to write PRD in 1 hour without understanding the basic domain knowledge, terminology and the industry). it took more than a week and I got VERY short answer which said its not "meet their requirements". When I asked for some feedback there was no answer of course. That was by far the most disrespectful process I have ever went through.
