I recently completed a comprehensive three-week interview process for a position. The journey began with a live coding round, where I received positive feedback from their developer. This was followed by an interview with my potential future manager, focusing on the role and behavioral aspects, which also yielded good feedback.
The final stage took place in London, where I underwent a series of interviews: a one-hour system design interview, a frontend discussion, and another behavioral round. Unfortunately, I was ultimately rejected due to the feedback from the final behavioral round. The process was quite exhaustive, spanning several weeks and culminating in a decision based on an aspect that had already been assessed earlier in the process.
