Tipalti Software Engineer interview questions

First - HR Call 30 min. Second - Code interview. 1.5 hour Third - Design Interview. 1.5 hour Fourth - HR before contract. The process exists remotely in Zoom. They are nice people

First you get a call, simple discussion about the company and job, and you introduce yourself. Then i had a zoom interview with a team leader. she was really nice and it went seemingly smoothly. 2 hours, you get 1 hour to do 2 tasks and then to talk about it. She said it was good and that she will transfer my details to some other team leader. and they will schedule another interview. A few weeks later and didnt hear from them and thus the bad review. any other company sends at least an email saying they were "very impressed ..." Didnt get anything from them, i mean an email is so simple to send and you know immediately if the candidate passed, why not send a simple email? so unprofessional.
