I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tokyo Electron (Hillsboro, OR)
Interview
I have not worked in the industry before this position and I was only 19 when I started here so I cannot truly judge if it was a good process or not but will do my best. In the beginning of the interview they asked basic questions to get to know me and then began asking technical questions. After some time of questions, they gave me a scenario to solve and I feel that is a good thing to do because it will show them if the candidate can think out problems to solve them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tokyo Electron
Interview
It was smooth and easy. The company's response time is also quick. The interviewers were pretty friendly and helped me relax, and gave me my interview. I am looking for a smooth ongoing process to get an offer and work with this company.

Tell us about a time that you had to pay close attention to detail.
The interview process was short and sweet. They were straight to the point regarding compensation expectations. This position specifically was not necessarily looking or requiring an engineering background. The phone screening was rather challenging to hear and understand.
