Interview
The hiring process is unlike others. Topgolf is souly based on how you interact with others from the beginning. You are with a group of people conducting made up situations with the focus being strictly on working together.

Question 1
They did ask why they should chose you over the other people at the hiring event.
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

Interview
interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
