It was pretty easy. I was with a massive group of people, and they had us placed in groups, where we were asked to do things like make a quick dance or share your favorite artist because they are looking for a personality and culture fit.

It was mainly filled with activities and dancing. It was a time to let loose and show what type of energy you would bring to TopGolf. You have to really stand out and show high energy because all the other associates are spectating you before the 5 minute interview speed-run,

Interview
It was a very weird experience. The interview was a speed round but they held us there to play games and do the cha-cha slide. Weirdest Experience I've had. I ended up getting the position but that was not a great thing.
Group interview-- very easy and relaxed. Began the interview by playing games as a group, and conducted individual interviews in a "speed dating" format. Interviewers were kind and straight to the point. Heard back the next day.
