Interview
The hiring and interview process was unique to any other I experienced. At Topgolf, the hiring process is organized as a networking event. There is music to dance to and games to play at the beginning to show your FUN side. There are group projects to show your collaboration skills, and golfing (no skill required) to make friends while others are getting interviewed. During the interview, a key component is presenting something special about yourself through singing, dancing, or talking.

Show us more about yourself by singing, dancing, or talking in 30 seconds.
It was pretty easy. I was with a massive group of people, and they had us placed in groups, where we were asked to do things like make a quick dance or share your favorite artist because they are looking for a personality and culture fit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topgolf (Greensboro, NC) in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a very weird experience. The interview was a speed round but they held us there to play games and do the cha-cha slide. Weirdest Experience I've had. I ended up getting the position but that was not a great thing.
Group interview-- very easy and relaxed. Began the interview by playing games as a group, and conducted individual interviews in a "speed dating" format. Interviewers were kind and straight to the point. Heard back the next day.
