I applied online. I interviewed at Topgolf (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2019
Interview
Applying was as easy as pie. The interview was a super social process. You start as a large group (mine had 20-30 people applicants for a variety of positions). You complete some whole group and small group activities, then you get to golf and socialize with other applicants while managers come around to “casually chat.” If you’re applying to serve, your last step is to have short (maybe 1 minute each) conversations with different managers and even complete a mock serving situation.
I’m socially anxious so this wasn’t my favorite way to interview, but it felt like way less pressure than a standard interview so I ended up liking it better!
Very fun and easygoing a group interview style did a speed round of interviews with 3 different people. I enjoyed my time there and learned more about the job .
It was a group interview we had 90 seconds to meet with a team lead, general manager, then operations manager. Generic questions like availability, personality, and thrown into a role play scenario. Make sure you stand out. Be personable, nice, and friendly. Serving experience may not be required but it would be a perk.

They have a hiring event where you get to interact with others who have applied they set up games that are based on team work and training leads walk around with scoring how well you work apart of a team then you break off in groups and do some more team based games After the ice has been broken its time to do your interview with the managers of your venue and when youre done you just wait to be called in the following days to say if your got hired or not.
