Very unique, group interactions make up most of the process then individuals are taken one at a time through a speed interview to get to know applicants better. Unlike any other interview process but once comfortable it is actually fun.

Question 1
What’s something at a past job you wish you could change for your next job?
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

Interview
interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
