Was a group interview based on personality rather than resume… I respect the efforts. It felt very similar to a freshman orientation, didn’t like it but flexed my best personality and got hired

At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.

Interview was a group activity that lasted 2 hours just to be told they don’t intend on offering me a server job and offering a lower paying bussing job instead.
