It's a very social interview process. In my interview, we began with group gaming. We were encouraged to socialize and meet people who were also going through the interview process. The actual interview process was almost like chain-person interviewing.

What previous experience do you have that would help you in Guest Services
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.
Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
