Group interview, You socialize, hit some golf, they explain the positions, you can ask questions, then individual interviews where they ask more specific logistical questions. They have icebreakers as well. Very relaxed environment with little stress

This is a huge waste of time, I saw other reviews saying this but went anyway, I should have listened. So they only hire by "hiring events" they are over 4 hours long and they only do them every few months. When I arrived, the workers were rude to me and ignored me, (and they still didn't hire me, while I would never act like that way at work) Anyway, they make you do a dance party in a hot room with 60-80 people for an hour. 75% of the people stood at the side of the room and did nothing, I danced the entire time to put myself out there. We had to play 2 games that each lasted 45 minutes, I actively participated and helped everyone. There were a few interview questions that I believe I did well on. Then there was a presentation that I also participated on. I did everything they asked, way more than probably 95% of the others and I have experience in the industry and they didn't hire me.... Really, it's a waste of time, I thought people were being dramatic but I look the part, gave my all, did every activity they asked for 4 hours, and was very social but got rejected immediately. They brought in close to 80 people to waste 4 hours of their life just to hire probably a few random people, it's ridiculous.
