Candidate experience is critical to us. The timeline and level of feedback you outline above is not acceptable, and we’ve instituted policies to ensure all candidates who enter our interview responses receive quality feedback in a timely manner.
We keep all roles listed on our careers page, including ones we’re not actively recruiting for, because we’re always hiring top talent, and we always make room for amazing candidates. We review all applications to all roles, and reach out to any candidate that we believe would be a good fit.
