Two months after I submitted an application the recruiter contacted me for an interview. During the initial screening she told me it would take a week or two to complete the process. I went through 6 rigorous, highly technical interviews plus an assessment over 4 weeks, including the final interview with the CEO. The recruiter said I had "passed all the tests" and they'd have an answer in a couple days. After another week of no communication I followed up and the recruiter sent a very short email saying they had turned their attention to another candidate. I requested feedback since I had spent so much time interviewing. She never responded. This is a high-level position. They say they're seeking professionals with many years experience but do not treat you with respect. Their statement that the job "starts tomorrow" isn't true, and saying "If you aren’t looking for a job because you’re already killing it, we want you." is another way of saying poaching. 400 full time employees? Hiring 153 positions? For 1 website? Fishing for talent? Interviewing high-end talent for free consultations and "assessments"?
