Interview
This was a very informal, cold, impersonal process that left me feeling more underachieved than when I started. There was an elitist tone to each step and they were very harsh in their criticism and expectations.

Please explain the scope of a project, your direct contributions to it, and the rationale for choosing specific design solutions.
The interview process had several steps ( screening, interview, assessment, presentation, profile building) but they were very clear and well structured and screeners were very professional. I was able to take my time to go through all of it and it payed off.

Interview
Was very tough and un necessary . Not asking the real problem and making it necessarily tough if they didn't want to take you in. Had a better experience with its alternatives.
