A series of four interviews with different people at the company. The interviews included leaders from human resources department, editors, engineers and actual long term clients of the company. I also had to pass an editors test.

Initial interview, editing test, interview. Apparently that was the last step before an offer would have been made, but after the second interview was ghosted. No "sorry you're not moving forward," no response to follow ups, nada.

Phone screen with talent acquisition followed by 30-min Zoom with hiring manager. Unstructured interview. Hiring manager told me I'd progress to the next stage but a few weeks later talent acquisition then told me otherwise.
