One phone call then scheduled a in-person interview with three hiring managers. Was offered position days after in person interview. In hindsight, they have a high employee turnover rate, they are constantly looking for analysts to take over books, accounts, and further their understanding of the industry while hitting goals(daily and weekly) such as phone calls, account touches, and "promise to pays."
