Led to shadow two different people on the sales floor, one who had more recently joined and was still working under another employee, and another then who was actually in this mentor role and had been successfully selling for a few years. I then sat down and had about a 20 minute interview with a recruiter to wrap up, which consisted of pretty standard questions surrounding a sales focused position.
