I met a recruiter at school, she had lunch with me. She called me two weeks later about coming in for a 1:1 They called me back to meet with management and someone else in the room for a 1:1. They called me two days later and said I got the job and need to take a drug test tomorrow.

Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment

Interview
The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
