I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
First it all started with a phone call, and then a phone interview scheduled. Once they feel you are qualified then they move you into an on-site interview with the recruiter, and take a geography and company knowledge test. If you pass and the recruiter has an interest, they will move you into a third interview with the hiring manager. Before you meet with the hiring manager, they will send you assignments that'll take about 4-5 hours to do, and they'll tell you to only spend an hour on. The hiring manager then tells you they will call you tomorrow and the recruiter will walk you out saying you'll hear from them in 2-3 business days. Then you don't hear anything until the next week, via email, saying they have decided to pursue other candidates even though you did great and your resume has a lot of sales, qualified experiences, and your drive to start.

Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
