I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2017
Interview
It is a three part process after the initial contact call. I have only been through the first 2 stages which were as follow. The first part was an easy phone call interview. As long as you seem excited and motivated they will pass you on to the next stage. The second stage is a webcam based interview through hirevue. Unlike most companies using this system they actually have someone on the other end, which was very appreciated. Thank you TQL!!! Before the webcam interview they did have an educational/prior employment request form you have to fill out. You will also have a 30 minute simulation and a 30 minute timed test. Don't freak out.

Interview
Interviewer seemed very uninterested. Multiple times was telling me about how quickly she had to finish. Interview was not hard but she rushed me through it. Some of the questions also didn’t seem to make sense for the role.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Mar 2025
Interview
I had a phone interview less than a week after I applied.
It went really well. They said I pretty much had a position but kept pushing a sales job instead and said they couldnt promise a customer service representative, I might have to go with sales if i want to work with them. I agreed and they said they would call back to set up the next part of the interview.
Its been 2 weeks since I've heard from them now. I have reached out and there was no response. I can only assume I'm being ghosted.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
Very easy and laid back . Love how the interview went thru everything. Exactly what has to be done and you will built your own customers. Commission is uncapped so you have control of your own salary.
