I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2012
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter, then had a follow up interview with the second recruiter a few days later. Both were very friendly and asked your basic interview questions. Was called in for a 1:1 interview where i met with both recruiters after taking a States Abbreviation and Company test. Was interviewed at the once more by the location manager who asked past experience questions and etc.
Pretty simple, great recruiters, Manager not so great, asked many questions cared very little about what you had to say, was rude and asked unprofessional questions about other places i was interviewing, if i had gotten any offers and how much their salary offers were.
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
