I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter who saw my resume online. After a phone screen I was invited to come in for an on site interview. The interview took two hours and consisted of an exam that included memory testing, state abbreviations and time zones, and simple math. The job requires 50 hrs a week of calling and connecting carriers with loads from manufactures. There seems to be a lot of potential for sales there, and a good training program. Also, be prepared to give a 1 min pitch of why you are the best one for the job.
