The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Houston, TX)
Interview
The recruiter was excellent. She was understanding, timely, everything you could imagine that was good. The final corporate interview was horrendous. I interviewed in Houston, TX. He was super late, required me to wear a collared shirt just so he can show up in a pull over sweatshirt and jeans. He didn’t tell me his name until he sat across from me. He treated me like I had a disease and to top it off, he tried to catch me in a lie rather than really asking me interview questions. Awful!
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Portland, OR) in Nov 2025
Interview
Two phone calls, 1 in person interview, reference check. Process thus far has lasted about one month. Recruiter has been very helpful. Connected with the company at a university career fair.

Question 1
A difficult experience I have been able to overcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
