Basic interview questions. There was a phone interview and two in person interviews. They really try to make sure you understand how much the work load is. You’re either cut out for it or you’re not. You need to study for the assessments. Other than that it was pretty easy interview.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process was thorough and smooth. The phone interview to the in person interviews are informative and give good insight into what it is like to work there. Overall the interview process at TQL is solid.
