It was three interview process including a phone interview. The phone interview was easy not hard. the second interview included a test (easy) and interview with the human resource. Intense interview a lot of question on why you want to work here and if you can work the long hours. I Interview at the charleston location great help from the first human resource or hiring manger, He had very usefyl critiques on the resume. However, the final interview was probably the worst experience which was with the hiring manger. The hiring manger was not engaging and very dull. The whole conversation was pretty awkward because she was not good at engaging in a conversation and not very responsive.
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
