Total Quality Logistics Sales Representative interview questions

For an entry level job the interview was rather challenging. It felt like a good cop/bad cop scenario where one of them seemed to appreciate my responses while the other acted like everything I said was meaningless and invaluable. They initially sent me a rejection letter and then followed up asking me to come in again for an interview. After the initial experience, I declined.

Two rounds of interviews. Recruiter and then two floor managers, homework assignments, tests. The atmosphere is very college frat house. As a female over 40, no amount of qualifications, no right answers and no high performance on tests was actually relevant to the two young men interviewing me in the final round.
