The interview process was casual but professional. A supervisor and the account manager interviewed me. I was interviewed in an outdoor seating area. Questions were not too demanding mentally and we also dove into our personal lives.

When was there a moment where you had to confront a coworker about something they done and how did you follow through with it?
Easy process. Just needed to know if I was reliable and if I could drive a car. They then did a drug test. If you are just clean cut and put together you will pass the interview process with no problem.
