Group interview, really everyone is hired until someone messes it up. Pretty easy process. You get to grab the attention of the people interviewing you by using well crafted answers, it doesnt take much for them to hire you. They also asked me to cut my hair it was in a mohawk but once I started working i seen people with all kinds of hairlstyles so it depends on the location manager you are hired under.

Interview
Easy interview. Just be willing to work hard and put in the hours. Make yourself available. Management notices hard workers, and Towne Park is a great company to make a career out of.
relaxed. multiple interviewees in room and they asked us questions. most of the people were trying to see if we could keep up a conversation. they asked us what our interests were and if we ever worked this kind of job. I would say that as long as you keep up a good conversation your likely to get hired.
