Basic, asked about what do you know about the company... tell me a time a guest gave you a hard time... etc. I was interviewed by the account manager and his assistant. They were general and very basic, easy questions. It was basically all about customer service and hypothetical questions regarding guest complaints or how can you make their visit the best so they can come back.

Easy, asked if I can drive manual and if I had any experience. Had to go to one of their hotels and was allowed to valet my car for the full experience.

Applied online. Got a call from the account manager asking to come in for an interview. Met at the property. Told him about myself, then he gave me his story and the company story. A few basic behavioral questions and that was it.

Interview process was not difficult. They ask you questions just to see what type of person you are and if you have experience. They value integrity to good morals since you are always talking to guest and driving their vehicles.
