I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Toyota North America (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Nov 2013
Interview
Typical S.T.A.R. format. There were two interviewers. The first interview was on site at a career fair. The second interview was at my university. The questions were textbook situational response questions. After the interview I followed up the same day didn't get a real response for nearly 2 months. Once I had accepted the position a full drug screen at the plant was required (hair & urine sample). Be aware if your GPA slips between the time of interview and when they give you an offer you may lose the position.

Interview
Star questions, prepare to speak on experiences at school and skills learned from them. Your interview may be with a recruiter or the team you're applying for but will likely be a couple people.
