Toyota North America interview questions

Recruiter will call. Let you take exam. If you pass, recruiter will interview you, one on one. If recruiter likes what he/she heard, then you'll get the pass for the hiring manager interview. No technical questions was asked. Very basic.

I went to a university career fair and talked to the recruiter at the Toyota booth. He called me later in the day to inform me that they wanted to interview me on campus. The interview consisted of the recruiter I met at the career fair, as well as another female recruiter. During the interview, they mostly asked me to explain some things from my resume. They also asked why I wanted to work at Toyota. The questions were not hard.
