Initial phone interview: The recruiter at first does a great job at communicating with you and being transparent with the pay range along with the job details.
2nd Phase Interview: Once the phone interview was completed, you’re then scheduled to have a face to face interview. Which consist of a panel of mid level to senior level management. Overall the panel had great questions aligned and were very engaged.
3rd Phase Interview: After the panel interview, they bring you back for a final interview with senior management. Recap of some questions of the second interview and a more personable conversation is held.
Some concerns/opportunities: The position was listed on December 2018. In which I was informed that they were not ready to fill it in until late February 2019 - roughly 90 days. I suggest to have an adequate time for your applicants as 90 days of interviewing process seems a bit over extended. Also, the lack of follow up/through with recruitment needs to improve. There were several times in which I was informed that I would hear a response and/or follow up from the recruiter and I did not. Emails were sent asking for a follow up and no response either. Change the recruitment process to where it’s comes across as too systematic and robotic, and humanize it. Applicants aren’t just a number being funneled through to see who’s the best fit, we’re humans as well. A phone call and proper follow up goes a long way.
