Very informal....you have to wow them with a cover letter that covers about 10 questions. If and when they call you back they will set up a 1:1 interview in a store with a current store manager. As you progress you meet with more store managers 2-3...then a final interview with the District Manager.....then you get an offer from the corporate recruiter.
No Store Manager positions are filled from outside.Only Assistant Manager in Training...and depending on the area you will have to agree to relocate.On their dime......
